These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 399ber platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 399ber does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility.

399ber offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All bets placed on the 399ber Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a technical fault or network interruption during bet placement, 399ber will use its transaction logs as the authoritative record of accepted bets.
399ber reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous — including but not limited to data feed failures, pricing errors, or software malfunctions — regardless of whether such a bet has been confirmed. 399ber will notify affected players and return staked amounts promptly in such cases.
Cricket betting markets on 399ber cover BPL, IPL, T20 international fixtures, ODI series, Test matches, and other tournaments as listed on the sportsbook at any given time. Settlement of sports bets follows official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). Bets on abandoned or rescheduled events are settled in accordance with the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
